Raised in Utica New York with my parents and younger sister, I came from a very large and loving extended family.  Both of my parents were math teachers and education was very important in our home.  After high school, I received my undergraduate degree in Nursing from Binghamton University in 1990 and my master's degree in advanced Practice Nursing in 1993 from University of Rochester, both in New York.   I settled in a beautiful suburb of Pittsford with my husband and 2 children, Zac and Bree.  We were blessed to move to Lakewood Ranch in 2004.

Between NY and Florida, I had a 25 plus year career in nursing, health care and education as a Master Prepared Advanced Practice Nurse and Nurse Practitioner.   During this time, I practiced in many fields and completed my career as a VP Operations/Nursing for a health care company.  My years in nursing and administration have given me the ability to really listen to people and understand their needs.   These are the skills I bring with me to my real estate business. 

I first began working in the real estate industry in 2013 by assisting a local Broker to recruit, market and rebrand.  In 2018 I decided to enter the world of real estate "officially" and successfully obtained my license.   I began my career in residential sales but was quickly recruited by a national builder and worked for almost 5 years with them, achieving many sales and customer satisfaction awards, including top sales.  In early 2022, I decided to return to residential sales where I have had 2 consecutive years of high-volume sales and 5-star ratings!

During my career, I have sold homes in both new construction and resale markets– from manufactured homes, condos, townhomes, single-family residences, waterfront and multi-million-dollar homes.   My years of working in new construction have given me the knowledge and experience to help my homebuyers navigate the challenges of a new build!  I am currently in the top 2% in our area, achieving almost $16 million in closed sales volume this calendar year alone!

Relocating to Florida has been one of the BEST decisions for my family.  My oldest is now very successful in the restaurant business, while my youngest is in her second year of law school.  Growing up in Lakewood Ranch and with A rated schools offered many opportunities! 

Now, as an empty nester, my partner Brian and I enjoy time with family, travel, dining, boating, exercise, music, community festivals, pickle ball and the beaches, to name a few.  Our area has so many opportunities for leisure, dining and entertainment that you will never be bored!

As a 20 plus year resident, I know the area and surrounding communities- both as an agent and a neighbor - and I WILL help guide you through the nuances of our local market, both with resale homes and new home construction, to make the BEST decision for you!  I will make every effort to create the BEST relocation experience to our area or the best move locally!
